Manchester Ice Rink returns on November 16th but in a great new location, First Street, next to Deansgate Locks and over the road from the Hacienda.
Previous locations have included London Road Fire Station, and before that, Spinningfields but this year’s venue offers lots of public spaces, amazing bars, great food and cheap parking, First Street is the perfect place for families and friends this Christmas. The 70ft x 50ft ice rink will be able to cope with up to 100 skaters at any one time and will be open seven days a week from November 16th until Saturday, December 23rd. Tickets are on sale now with Early Bird Pre-Launch discounts available before the rink opens.
A donation from each ticket sale will go to Global Radio’s charity, Make Some Noise, which helps youngsters and their families living with illness, disability or lack of opportunity.
Parking at First Street is easy with 700 public car parking spaces available. Q-Park is offering a 20% discount for all ticket holders, making it one of Manchester city centre’s cheapest parking options. Many of the bars, cafes and restaurants in the area are also offering discounts for Manchester Ice Rink customers – see our Special Offers page for details.
